CLIMBER: WHEREVER I PLEASE
Climber is a concept-driven alternative rock band from the Midwest, formed by a group of high school coaches who were fired from their positions. Their debut album, Wherever I Please, channels themes of rebellion, reinvention, and independence. My goal was to design the album cover and merchandise that captures the raw energy and unconventional origin story. The final artwork blends gritty textures, bold
typography, and stark, expressive color palette to reflect the band's unfiltered sound and DIY ethos. The vinyl cover was crafted to stand out both physically and digitally, while the T-shirt designs extend the album's identity into wearable merchandise. The visual system not only supports the band's launch but also helps establish their presence within the alternative music scene.
